Follow-up Community Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic set for Tuesday, April 13

Participants in our first Community Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic in March are being reminded they will need to return Tuesday, April 13 to the FBC Fellowship Hall for their second shot of the Moderna vaccine.

Partnering with Village HealthMart Pharmacy in Hot Springs Village, FBC held its first Community Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic on Tuesday, March 16, with about 600 persons vaccinated. Due to the nature of this two-shot vaccine, we will be unable to offer shots to anyone new on April 13. But it's crucial for those to return who got their first vaccination on March 16.

For their appointment times Tuesday, participants should refer to their appointment cards given out during the March clinic. Their appointment time will be the same as in March.

What to bring Tuesday

  • A photo ID, such as a driver's license, same as at the March clinic.

  • Health insurance card, if applicable, same as at the March clinic.

  • A completed consent form, same as at the March clinic. (Push download button below, print the form and fill it out.)

  • Your appointment card from the March visit.

Stay safe at clinic

All Covid-19 precautions will be in force during the April clinic, requiring social distancing and the wearing of face masks. First Baptist's Fellowship Hall is handicap-accessible, and there will be volunteers in the church's parking lots to help direct participants, who should arrive about 10 minutes before their appointment time with the required documents easily available.
