First Baptist's Media Center, located behind the sanctuary and down the hall leading to the Pine Street entry, is open at the following times:

 Sunday morning         8:30-10:10 AM

Sunday evening         5:30-6:00 PM

Wednesday evening    5:15-6:00 PM

If a church member is needing something at other times than above, any staff member is willing to open the Media Center for that individual, or just pick up what is needed and personally deliver it.  The following volunteer Media staff members are available to serve you in the Media Center:

The Media Center is a ministry-service entity seeking to meet the individual needs of all church members, the needs of the educational programs of the church, and to provide resource materials that will help our members learn, understand, and apply biblical truths.

Resources available include a wide array of books, videos, & DVDs which provide for pleasure reading, in-depth Bible studies, Evangelism and Missions, family life, Christian doctrine, church & community, and various topics of interest.  All of  our holdings consist of some 5,000 volumes & entries that have been completely computerized.  Check-outs are done by computer as well and require a patron to provide information for input into the computer.

Our ministry reaches beyond the Media Center doors through delivery of books to shut-ins and the sick as well as birthday greeting cards to our patrons.  Our staff is happy to minister wherever there is a need.
